If you have already placed your order and we have not processed your shipment yet, there will be a 10% deduction for our cancellation fee if you request to cancel the order.
If you have already placed your order and we have already shipped your order out, cancellation or refund will not be accepted.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: International buyers are responsible for any VAT, import, or customs charges. Items that are undeliverable due to customs charges not being paid will not be refundable or canceled. If you already receive your mold kits and want to cancel your order, besides the applicable mentioned-above deduction, your shipping payment will NOT be refundable.
