This item comes with a free mold kit and instructions. It guarantees a custom fit and is made with 100% real 10K-18K gold or silver. Gold will have a stamp on the back.
This item is hand-customized and will fit your teeth only. We will send you a free mold kit along with molding instructions. Once you finish molding, send it back to us (buyer pays for shipping back to us). Once we receive your teeth impression, please allow 5-7 business days for us to customize your grillz and ship them back out to you.

Sterling silver 925 is the most affordable option. It never rusts but requires regular cleaning and polishing to prevent tarnishing. 10K gold is the least expensive and strongest against bending, but it tarnishes easier than other higher karat options.** 14K gold is the best value for consumers on a budget. It has medium hardness, a very bright shine, and is durable.
If you choose silver and color (yellow, rose), they are silver-plated, which will fade back to silver in the future. You can have them redipped for $25. Just contact us. Customers pay to ship the mold back to us .

If you chose to cancel your order before sending back your molds, you will be refunded minus the shipping cost and $20 per mold kit set.

If you chose to cancel your order after sending back your mold impressions, there is a 20% cancellation fee deducted from your refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If we have not received good mold impressions within 14 days of your order, there may be additional charges due to any pricing changes that may have occurred since the time of your purchase.

All sales on custom-fitted grillz are final once we begin production. Upon receiving the completed custom grill, you have seven days to notify us of any fitting issues or defects. Adjustments will incur a 70$ fee, which includes another mold kit sent to you with shipping and insurance.

For any adjustments for handset iced out grillz, we charge a $150 fee. Each piece is custom made to order based on the impressions.

If the mold is unsuccessful, we will inform you before proceeding to find a solution. We have provided detailed instructions on making a mold and kindly ask that you read them carefully and be patient during the process.
