All orders made through this online store are considered custom orders, made as requested by the “Client” (you).

RETURN POLICY

Please read carefully before making your purchase. All orders made through this online store are considered custom orders, made as requested by the client (you), and we are not required to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase for any reason. Each piece of jewelry may take up to several weeks to create from start to finish, all depending on how you have customized your order. However, some articles may be accepted for partial store credit or exchange if returned in salable condition within 10 days from the date received. For jewelry, there will be a 10% restocking fee, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping.

Customers are responsible for providing us with a good mold
impression. Our Grillz is custom-made to fit the impressions we receive exactly.

If you chose to cancel your order before sending back your molds, you would be refunded minus the shipping cost and $20 per mold kit set. 

All sales on custom-fitted Grillz are final once we begin production. Upon receiving the completed custom grill, you have seven days to notify us of any fitting issues or defects. We provide one free adjustment
within this period. Additional adjustments will incur a $70 fee, which includes
another mold kit sent to you with shipping and insurance.

If you choose to cancel your order after sending back your mold impressions, there is a 20% cancellation fee deducted from your refund. The buyer will be held responsible for any restocking fees and/or reconditioning fees, plus all shipping fees as they are non-refundable. 

We will not refund for “buyer’s remorse”. Absolutely no refunds on custom engraved merchandise, custom-made rings, grills, or any custom-designed work. Items thought to be damaged or defective must be returned at the customers’ expense, and the validity of all claims will be decided by GRILLZSTATION. If the received order was faulty or damaged, we will properly meet obligations under the applicable laws.

Please remember returns may be accepted within 10 days from the received date for an exchange or store credit only. The shipping fee is non-refundable unless you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item(s). Returns must be unworn, unaltered, come in the original package, and must be approved. Please read and understand the full Refund Policy before continuing with your order.
